The 1st death linked to a Covid related Vaccine was reported a while ago from New Zealand.
BBC in its report says that an independent vaccine safety monitoring board said the woman’s death was “probably” due to myocarditis or inflammation of the heart muscle.
It also noted there were other medical issues which could have “influenced the outcome following vaccination”. European regulators say myocarditis is a “very rare” side effect and that the vaccine’s benefits outweigh the risks, the report on nnc.co./news has highlighted.
However, , the cause of the death has not been identified yet where the investigations are said o be carried out ti determine that facts relating to the death.
according to the BBC report, the Covid-19 Vaccine Independent Safety Monitoring Board said the myocarditis was “probably due to vaccination”.
