Sri Lankan Navy Chief Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne, who is currently in Pakistan on an official visit, met the Chief of Naval Staff of Pakistan, Admiral M Amjad Khan Niazi at the Pakistan Navy Headquarters on Feb 22.
Sri Lanka Navy said the meeting was focused on several matters including regional security and bilateral importance.
Navy Commander left the island on Feb 21 on a formal visit to Pakistan, the SLN also said.
