On 10th December 2021, Korean Ambassador H.E. Santhush Woonjin JEONG met with the Vice Chancellor of University of Peradeniya, Professor M. D. Lamawansa. They exchanged their views over matters on mutual concerns in academic collaborations and Korean Language promotion in Sri Lanka.
H.E. Santhush and the Vice Chancellor Professor M. D. Lamawansa discussed ways to intensify academic, cultural promotions and people-to- people exchanges. They agreed to develop mutual cooperation in all fields including Education, Culture, Science, Technical & Vocational training and Arts.
Prof. Ruwantha Kulatunga, Head of Department of Classical languages introduced the Campus of the University of Peradeniya to Ambassador Santhush.
