Opposition Leader, Sajith Premadasa has highlighted that the country’s pandemic situation has gone from bad to worse, and that all Parliamentarians should be gathered to discuss the necessary solutions.
He also drew attention to the shortage of LP gas and milk powder, adding that the government has not taken proper measures to solve the issue. He note that a possible petroleum shortage was also looming.
He added that rising essential commodity prices and the lack of proper relief packages were two other areas in which the government has failed.
