Services at EPF division of Labour Department temporarily suspended

Services at the Employees’ Provident Fund Division of the Department of Labour at its Head Office and Regional Offices will be temporarily suspended on Wednesday, May 12 and Thursday, May 13.

Only the General Payment Divisions of the Employees’ Provident Fund at the Head Office and Regional Offices of the Department of Labour will be open for operations starting from May 17, the Labour Department announced via a communique issued on Tuesday, May 11.

According to the communique, people are required to place an appointment prior to receiving services from the Employees’ Provident Fund Division of the Department of Labour.

Moreover, the service in respect of the Payment of 30% Pre-benefits from Employees’ Provident Fund will also be temporarily suspended until further notice, the Department of Labour noted
