Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA), through its Security Division, has facilitated its port users and customers to obtain port entry permits online. Accordingly, from May 1, 2021 all issuance of temporary / annual licenses for port users will be handled only online.
The decision has been reached in view of the prevailing Covid-19 Pandemic situation and in line with government health guidelines.
Accordingly, this computerized online system will enable the issuance of temporary / annual licenses in a safer and more efficient manner for all port users.
All information pertaining to this latest implementation can be obtained at www.slpa.lk and news.slpa.lk, the official web pages of Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA).
The Security Division of SLPA informs relevant port users to contact 0112482665 of the temporary permit office and 0112483167 of the annual permit office for further information.
