The Government can treat any person who has contracted COVID, says Anuradha Jayaratne, State Minister of Tanks, Reservoirs and Irrigation Development and Rural Paddy Fields.
He said this during an inspection tour to the preparation site for the establishment of the Youth Corps Centre at the Gampola Town as a Corona Treatment Centre.
He said as a government, all health officials, doctors and all heads of state are working together to overcome this pandemic situation and that they are currently preparing all the available facilities including medical facilities and medical equipment required for the patients.
