Ride for Ceylon, the U.K. charity, continues to advance its commitment to the redevelopment of the Green Memorial Hospital in Manipay, Jaffna which was Founded by American missionaries in the 1840’s.
Ride for Ceylon assumed the enormous undertaking of raising funds to expedite the restoration of this institution and teaching facility. Once fully operational, GMH aims to provide state of the art health care and medical training throughout the land. By offering medical expertise, cooperation and services to every hospital and community in Sri Lanka, R4C aims to kindle unity and soothe divisions.
