The Draft constitutional amendment proposals have been handed over to Hon.Speaker by Samagi Jana Balawegaya on 21st April 2022.
The document which carries the heading as an Act to Amend the Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka is cited as the Twenty First Amendment to the Constitution.
