We are confident about 2022. Since the arrival of COVID-19, the economic situation in the country has changed from the usual theoretical conditions. The post-COVID too is similarly challenging, Education Minister, Dinesh Gunawardena said.
However, the government managed to control the pandemic in the country and it is gradually building the country’s economy. Conversions have been made to ensure certain increases in the manufacturing sector in the country.
While addressing the media after the opening of the new building of the Technology Faculty of Uva University, the Minister said the formulae that we have traditionally seen are not used in every country in the world and the economic and financial formulae are different.
“So people who can’t see them say a lot of things. We have the potential to meet that challenge,” he said.
