‘Driving your talent strategy’, the second session at the upcoming Sri Lanka Retailers Forum 2021, will focus on the crucial element of talent management and how retail can be positioned as an attractive employment sector.
The session will discuss how organizations can manage attrition in the sector and how the industry should be looking at upskilling including digital and harnessing leadership. It will further explore on ways of improving inclusion and diversity in the sector.
The expert presenters lined up to reveal these insights during session two are: Ms. Mathangi Jayaraman, Industry Lead. Aon, Human Capital Solutions, Aon Consulting (Pvt) Ltd. and Ms. Deirdre Rodrigo Candappa,, Director Organizational Development, Group Human Resources, MAS Holdings.
