Covid vaccination for those in the 20-29 age group in Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara and Galle districts will commence today, September 06, Head of the National Operation Center for Prevention of Covid 19 Outbreak, Army Commander General Shavendra Silva announced.
Vaccination will be carried out at the same centers where the vaccination programs are currently under way in these districts.
In the Colombo district in addition to the existing centers, vaccination for 20-29 age group will be carried out at Viharamahadevi Devi Park, Diyatha Uyana, Panagoda Army Camp and Army Medical Corps Headquarters, Werahera.
Only the residents of Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara and Galle Districts will be vaccinated under the program starting today.
