Association for Sri Lanka- China Social and Cultural Cooperation (ASLCSCC) has organized a donation programme for students and teachers and health circles recently at Vihara Maha devi Vidyalaya ,Colombo 10. Forty schools , two hospitals and Colombo Municipality PHI department has selected for the first programme.
The donation included sanitizer spray machines, sanitizer cans , paddled water sinks, soaps , PPE kits and surgical face masks.
The donation event is powered by China Friendship Foundation for Peace and Development and Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
Mr.K.D.S Ruwanchandra, Secretary for Ministry of Cooperative services, Marketing Development and Consumer Protection was the Chief Guest at the event . Mr.Mahendra Wijetunga , Deputy Director of the Western Provincial Education Ministry and Mr.Indrananda Abeysekera, President ASLCSCC also participated.
