Due to the current COVID-19 situation, application closing date stated in the press advertisement published on 02/05/2021, has been extended till 21/06/2021.
Accordingly, applicants may download and print the Application Forms from Department of Examinations website, www.doents.lk
Duly completed Application Forms with applicant’s signature certified, should be sent in Registered Post to The Commissioner General of Examinations, Department of Examinations, P.O. Box 1503, Colombo.
Originally indicated closing date of 02/06/2021 will be considered for the purpose of determining the age criteria for the applicants.
Applicants who have already submitted their applications are not required to re-submit.
All other relevant information indicated in the Press advertisement published on 02/05/2021 remain unchanged.
