මිලින්ද මොරගොඩ, උත්තර් ප්‍රදේශ් ප්‍රධාන අමාත්‍ය ශ්‍රී යෝගී ආදිත්‍යනාත් හමුවෙයි

ඉන්දියාවේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා මහ කොමසාරිස් මිලින්ද මොරගොඩ මහතා, උත්තර් ප්‍රදේශ් ප්‍රධාන අමාත්‍ය ශ්‍රී යෝගී ආදිත්‍යනාත් මහතා ලක්නව්හි ප්‍රධාන අමාත්‍යවරයාගේ නිල නිවසේ දී හමුවිය. උත්තර් ප්‍රදේශ් රජයේ ප්‍රධාන ලේකම් ශ්‍රී රාජේන්ද්‍ර කුමාර් තිවාරි සහ තවත් ප්‍රධාන රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරීන් කිහිප දෙනෙකු මෙම රැස්වීමට එක්ව සිටියහ. මහ කොමසාරිස් විසින් උත්තර් ප්‍රදේශ් ප්‍රධාන අමාත්‍යවරයා අතර හමුවීම සිදු වූයේ "ඉන්දියාවේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා රාජ්‍යතාන්ත්‍රික දූත මණ්ඩල සඳහා ඒකාබද්ධ රට උපාය මාර්ගය" ඔහුගේ ප්‍රතිපත්ති මාර්ග සිතියමේ දක්වා ඇති පරිදි ශ්‍රී ලංකාව සහ ඉන්දීය ප්‍රාන්ත අතර අන්තර්ක්‍රියා ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීම සඳහා ප්‍රාන්ත මට්ටමින් සහයෝගීතාවය පුළුල් කිරීමේ සැලැස්මේ කොටසක් ලෙස ය. උත්තර් ප්‍රදේශ් සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාව අතර පවතින පෞරාණික සහ ශක්තිමත් සංස්කෘතික හා ආගමික බැඳීම් පිළිබඳව සමාලෝචනය කළ අතර ඒවා තවදුරටත් ශක්තිමත් කර ගත හැකි ක්‍රම පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡා කළහ. කුෂිනගර් හි නව ජාත්‍යන්තර ගුවන් තොටුපළ වෙත මංගල ගුවන් ගමනේදී ශ්‍රී ලංකාවෙන් ඉහළ පෙළේ නියෝජිත පිරිසක් පැමිණීම ගැන තමන් ඉමහත් සතුටට හා ගෞරවයට පත්වන බව ප්‍රධාන අමාත්‍යවරයා ප්‍රකාශ කළේය. බුදුන් වහන්සේගේ ජීවිතය හා බැඳුනු වැදගත් ස්ථාන 6 ක් උත්තර් ප්‍රදේශ් ප්‍රාන්තයේ පිහිටා ඇති බව මහ ඇමති යෝගී ආදිත්‍යනාත් මහතා ස`දහන් කළ අතර, ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේද රාමායණය හා සම්බන්ධ ස්ථාන ගණනාවක් ඇති බව මහ කොමසාරිස්වරයා පෙන්වා දුන්නේය. උත්තර් ප්‍රදේශ් සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාව සංස්කෘතික හා සංචාරක ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ සහයෝගයෙන් කටයුතු කිරීමට විශාල හැකියාවක් පවතින බවට එකඟ වූ අතර, මහ කොමසාරිස් මොරගොඩ මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් සහයෝගීතාව සඳහා සංයුක්ත යාන්ත්‍රණයක් යෝජනා කළේය. ප්‍රධාන අමාත්‍යවරයා එවැනි යාන්ත්‍රණයකට එකඟ වූ අතර මෙම අරමුණ සාක්ෂාත් කර ගැනීම සඳහා මහ කොමසාරිස් කාර්යාලය සමඟ සමීපව කටයුතු කරන ලෙස තම ඉහළ නිලධාරීන්ට උපදෙස් දුන්නේය. මහ ඇමති යෝගී ආදිත්‍යනාත්ට ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට පැමිණෙන ලෙස ආරාධනා කළ අතර එය දෙවැන්නා සතුටින් පිළිගත්තේය. උත්තර් ප්‍රදේශ් යනු කෝටි 24 ක ජනගහනයක් සිටින ඉන්දියාවේ වඩාත්ම ජනාකීර්ණ ප්‍රාන්තයයි.
