This is a major surge in their journey to become the most customer-centric and digitally driven bank in the year 2025. This is the continuation of signing up with Google Apps for Business productivity suite back in 2016 which opened avenues for the bank to launch many products and services over the past years to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
