Four hotlines to assist public for COVID-19


Sri Lanka Telecommunication Regulatory Commission has activated four hotlines to assist the public. The hotlines are initiated by the TRCSL together with all telecommunication service providers in support of the fight against COVID-19 spreading in the country.

The service will provide reliable sources and information for the public, TRCSL media division said.

The hotlines activated are as follows:

117 – COVID-19 related query or assistance,

1999 – COVID-19 related query or assistance,

135 – Government notices and precautions on COVID-19

1390 – Information about the COVID-19 and option to talk to a doctor.
